Here's what the cost of an Evvy test goes toward:

• Lab services — $100 - $200
• Clinical oversight (to Wheel Provider Group, depending on your state) — $5 - $10* 

*Clinical oversight is only relevant for test kits purchased in the United States (excluding U.S. territories)

Here's what the cost of Evvy Care** goes toward:

• Telehealth service fee (to Wheel Provider Group) — $14
• Prescription services — Depending on your treatment
